TERMS OF SERVICE
1.1 Creating an Account You must register for an account (“Account”) and supply some information about yourself as requested by the account registration form in order to utilize certain features of the Service (including but not limited to email address and a unique password). You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is true and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) you reside in the United States, or that your use of the Service will comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction if you reside outside the United States. By following the instructions on the Service, you can delete your Account at any time and for any reason.
1.2 Account Responsibilities, the Company may suspend or terminate your Account. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to alert Company immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected unauthorized use of your Account, as well as any other security breach. Company cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to follow the aforementioned instructions.
1.3 User Account Classifications The “Account Owner” is the individual who creates an Account. An “Account Administrator” is a user who is authorized to manage an account. Every Account Administrator is also an Account Owner. An “Account Observer” is a user who has been permitted limited access to the Internet monitoring results received under the Service by the Account Administrator.
2. Obtaining Service Access
2.1. Company offers you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Service solely for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.
2.2 A Few Restrictions. The following limits apply to the privileges granted to you in these Terms: (a) You may not license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise exploit the Service, in whole or in part, or any content displayed on the Service; (b) You may not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service; (c) you may not use the Service to create a comparable or competitive website, product, or service; and (d) no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, except as specifically indicated herein. Unless otherwise stated, each subsequent release, upgrade, or other enhancement to the Service’s functionality will be subject to these Terms. On all copies of the Service (or any content shown on the Service), all copyright and other proprietary notices must be maintained.
2.3 Modifications. Company reserves the right, with or without notice to you, to change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part). You agree that Company will not be liable to you or any third person if the Service or any portion of it is modified, suspended, or discontinued.
2.4 There is no support or upkeep. You agree that Company has no responsibility to provide you with any support or maintenance in connection with the Service.
3. Expenses and Fees
3.1 Trial or Demo. Following the activation of your Account, you may use the Service for fourteen days without charge (the “Trial or DemoPeriod”). After it is completed, you will be required to complete a registration form (the “Registration”) and supply us with other information in order to continue using the Account.
3.2 Fees. After the Trial Period, you must pay (the “Fees”) to use the Services. You agree to pay Company all applicable costs related with your use of the Service, as detailed in the pricelist available at https://nolimit.id/pricing/ (the “Pricelist”). Unless a separate agreement between you and the Company is established, in writing, and clearly substitutes these Terms, fees are based on this Pricelist, which may be revised from time to time. Any modifications to the Pricelist will not apply to the Account until the next Billing Cycle, and never earlier than seven days after the change has been made.
3.3 Invoice. You will be provided access to the Services to the extent that you choose, based on the Subscription Plan, after completing the Registration and paying the initial Subscription Fee for the chosen Subscription Plan. For each Billing Cycle, the Company will send you a correct invoice for the Services via the Service.
3.4 Failure to pay. Company reserves the right to freeze the Account, including, without limitation, any User Content, if you fail to pay any Subscription Fee prior to the beginning of a Billing Cycle. Your account access will be restored if you pay the Subscription Fee within 14 days of the Account being locked. The Company maintains the right to cancel your Account if you do not pay the Subscription Fee within that 14-day period.
