– Willing to work in Bandung
– Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field
– Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
– Proficient in Microsoft 365
– Familiar and up to date with Indonesia HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices
– Time management skills to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work with sensitive data and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
– Excellent communication (both written and oral) and good interpersonal skills
– Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
– Have experience in Organizational Development (Point plus)
