What You’ll Do
- Recruitment : Shape our team by identifying and bringing in top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Be the driving force behind employee engagement initiatives.
- Navigate Compliance: Lead the charge in ensuring our HR policies align with regulations and rules. Your attention to detail will keep us on the right side of compliance.
- Employee Relation: Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution on issues related to performance, conflicts, and other HR concerns.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage our Compensation and Benefits (BPJS/Leaves/Lunch/etc.)
- Payroll: Manage payroll processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy according to employee attendance, time-off, annual leave, sick day, etc.
- General Affairs Conductor: Manage general affairs to create an organized and smoothly running workplace.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- 1-2 Years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
