What You’ll Do :

What You’ll Do

  1. Recruitment : Shape our team by identifying and bringing in top talent.
  2. Employee Engagement: Be the driving force behind employee engagement initiatives.
  3. Navigate Compliance: Lead the charge in ensuring our HR policies align with regulations and rules. Your attention to detail will keep us on the right side of compliance.
  4. Employee Relation: Manage employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution on issues related to performance, conflicts, and other HR concerns.
  5. Compensation and Benefits: Manage our Compensation and Benefits (BPJS/Leaves/Lunch/etc.)
  6. Payroll: Manage payroll processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy according to employee attendance, time-off, annual leave, sick day, etc.
  7. General Affairs Conductor: Manage general affairs to create an organized and smoothly running workplace.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any major
  2. 1-2 Years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on generalist responsibilities.Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  3. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  4. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  6. Placement in Sukajadi, Bandung
