Minimnya engagement yang didapatkan di media sosial terkadang menjadi penghalang bagi para pebisnis untuk mencoba mencari tahu strategi yang tepat untuk diimplementasikan ke dalam media digital, khususnya media sosial. Rinka sendiri merupakan lulusan S-1 ITB Teknik Industri dan S-2 Universitas Indonesia Marketing Management, di mana kaya akan pengalaman seperti salah satunya menjadi Head of Modern Trade Order Management di PT.
