Sentimen analisis juga secara langsung dapat kita katakan sebagai cara untuk mendapatkan <em>feedback<\/em> dari publik terhadap suatu <em>brand<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manfaat sentimen analisis pada sebuah brand<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan melakukan sentimen analisis kita dapat memberikan konten atau informasi sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan publik atau dapat dikatakan informasi yang diberikan lebih berkualitas. Sentimen analisis juga dapat mempermudah kamu untuk menemukan masalah yang terjadi.
