Monitoring memiliki peran untuk memastikan bahwa <em>campaign<\/em> berjalan efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan <em>objective<\/em> atau goal yang ingin dicapai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monitoring dan evaluasi sama-sama penting dalam manajemen <em>campaign<\/em>. Monitoring <em>campaign<\/em> adalah sebuah proses untuk menelusuri bagaimana proses <em>campaign<\/em> dijalankan, serta arahnya apakah sudah sesuai dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara evaluasi <em>campaign<\/em> adalah mengumpulkan semua data monitoring dalam periode waktu tertentu dan menelaah atau menganalisis poin-poin mana saja yang paling efektif dijalankan. Efektifitas sebuah <em>campaign<\/em> akan diukur lewat target <em>campaign<\/em> yang ditentukan sejak awal apakah untuk meningkatkan <em>awareness <\/em>atau untuk mendapatkan <em>leads <\/em>yang banyak.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3 jenis <em>campaign digital marketing<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Setidaknya ada tiga jenis contoh <em>campaign digital marketing<\/em> yang dijalankan sesuai dengan tujuannya masing-masing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>Campaign Acquisition: Campaign<\/em> yang dijalankan dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan prospek customer.<\/li><li><em>Campaign Monetization: Campaign<\/em> yang dijalankan dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan keuntungan dari basis leads atau customer yang dimiliki.<\/li><li><em>Campaign engagement: Campaign<\/em> yang dijalankan untuk membentuk komunitas atau audiens yang menjadi <em>supporter<\/em> sebuah brand.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari ketiga jenis <em>campaign digital marketing<\/em> inilah yang akan dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi sesuai dengan tujuannya masing-masing. Tujuan atau <em>objective<\/em> menjadi salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan sebuah <em>campaign<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mengapa <em>campaing monitoring and evaluation<\/em> penting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Memonitor campaign secara aktif sangat penting bagi brand maupun agency. Brand bisa memantau apakah campaign yang dijalankan sudah sesuai dengan tracknya atau tidak.
